Do I have to give contracts to my employees?

All employees DO have contacts even if only verbal.

You do not have to issue WRITTEN contracts but if an employee is working for more than a month, the employer MUST provide a written statement of terms, dealing with a specific list of points, within 2 months (unless a contract covering all the required points is issued in that time).
