M25 jct 21a: From exit roundabout, take the road signposted to Watford and at the roundabout which passes under M1 jct 6 continue forward (be in the 2nd lane to avoid entering the M1). After minor lights, reach major lights, take the left into St Albans Road passing MacDonalds on your right. Continue to a roundabout with lights, take the second exit, continue through a mile or so of local shops eventually going over the railway with Homebase on your left. At the lights go forward and take the right of the two lanes to underpass the roundabout. Emerging you’re on Rickmansworth Road, continue to the roundabout - a double roundabout which is where the Watford Business Park is located. Take the first exit at the first and the third exit at the second - you’ll now be on dual carriageway leading onto the business park. You’ll come to a roundabout where right is the only option and the at the next take the left onto Greenhill Crescent. 200 yds on your right is the car park and we are in the Pennings Building adjacent to it.

M25 jct 19: You can exit only if travelling clockwise. At the exit roundabout take the third exit onto Hempstead Road signposted to Watord town centre and continue for approximately two miles eventually curving round a small central carpark by the leisure centre and reaching a roundabout. Take the third exit onto the Rickmansworth Road and continue to a double roundabout which is where the Watford Business Park is located. Take the first exit at the first and the third exit at the second - you’ll now be on dual carriageway leading onto the business park. M25 jct18: Travelling clockwise, turn right at the T junction on exit (travelling anti-clockwise turn left instead). Continue a mile to a roundabout and take the first exit going steeply downhill to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit going then steeply uphill to another mini roundabout. Take the second exit passing through the residential area of Croxley, passing a Shell garage on your left and down hill to a roundabout.
